Microgaming July Game Releases

The monthly update for Microgaming casinos for July includes a sequel to an old player favorite and a new video slot with a range of free spin options. The most noteworthy game is Big Kahuna with Snakes and Ladders Bonus which is the sequel to the Big Kahuna video slot released in 2003.

The new game has some of the same symbols as the original although this is where the similarities end. Big Kahuna II uses the Microgaming 15 line format and has two bonus features - a free spin bonus and the snakes and ladders bonus. The free spins are triggered randomly which is a bit of a twist.

The Snakes and Ladders bonus is a new bonus feature which works like the board game of the same name. You roll dice to move along the game board and move up when you land on a ladder or move down when you land on a snake. Jackpots as high as 30,000 coins van be won on the bonus stage.

The second new slot is Jolly Jester. This game uses the 5 reel, 25 line format and has three different free spin bonuses. Two of the free game types add additional wilds or scatters to the reels while the third bonus has accumulating multipliers like those found on IGT's Cleopatra II.
